This unit is designed to create 3/16" tomato slices, which are great for hamburgers, subs, and sandwiches. You can also quickly make slices for use in your prep refrigerator's topping rail, or put a pan of fresh tomatoes out on the salad bar! Best of all, you can change the cut thickness by switching out the blade assembly and the pusher (both sold separately) of another cut size.

The blades on this unit are made from durable 301 stainless steel, allowing them to stay razor sharp for longer and keep you slicing without worry. Specially-placed guards protect your hands from injury during use.

First one we bought lasted for 7 years, the next lasted 1 year, the last one jammed up after about 9 tomatoes. Quality has gone down and the pusher catches on the blades, damaging both.

We purchased a cheaper off brand version of this product first and it broke within 2 uses. This product has proved to be more durable and of better quality.

        

This slicer is a delight! easy to clean, and easy to operate, tomatoes are easily sliced, stainless steel material makes it worry free. I am happy.

        

For 10 years I have been cutting tomatoes either by hand or making a mess on my slicer. My new Easy Tomato Slicer makes cutting tomatoes much cleaner and faster! The unit is very easy to clean and store!

        

Why use a mandolin slicer for your tomatoes when you can slice a whole tomato with one push? We'll never go back to a mandolin slicer.

These are great units. We have 3. 2 are nemcos. We got a Choice and its exactly the same, but didnt have the serrated edge and the slide is rough. To fix the arm of our nemco and blades, it was not much more to get a whole new unit.

This tomato slicer is amazing! It makes slicing tomatos easy for everyone. The only issue that we have had is that the blades tend to bend easily, just make sure all of the screws stay tight.

The Nemco Easy Slicer is very easy to use as you just put the tomato in the one side slide the handle over and then take it out of the other side. The slices are perfectly even and look like they were sliced professionally. Saves a lot of time over manually sliced tomatoes. Would recommend.

Good Slicer, worth cost. Blades bend very quickly if you attempt to slice onions, good investment unless you have staff that can't follow rules. Easy to clean

This slicer saves us so much time on usual everyday prep for the morning. When you have to cut 10 six pans of tomato for dinner it cuts down time alot.

        

We recently changed to this Nemco slicer from a Lincoln. It cost a lot less and works so much better! We use 3/16" thin slice and it cuts uniform thin slices without crushing or damaging the tomatoes. A must have for any high volume sandwich operation.

The Nemco Easy Tomato Slicer makes cutting tomatoes take seconds instead of minutes and you get consistant results and uniform slices. This model needed the blades to be tighten after a month which was just turning a few bolts. Highly recommended

        

Normally i would say that any chef that uses a tomato slicer is lazy, and not quality oriented. But got this unit as a gift from my brother, a fellow chef, used it once... and now i dont know how i got by without it. Great unit at a great price. I love it.
